How To Get Rid Of CELLULITE?
Having CELLULITE doesn't mean you are overweight. Even thin people can have it. If you are overweight, however, losing weight may reduce cellulite.
Cellulite is more common among women than men. If other women in your family have cellulite, there's a good chance you will too.
Other factors that influence how much cellulite you have and how visible it is include:

- Poor diet
- Fad dieting
- Lack of physical activity
- Hormone changes
- Total body fat
There are also four different grades of cellulite:

Grade 1 - No visible cellulite, even when the skin is pinched.
Grade 2 - No visible cellulite when lying down or standing. An orange peel texture can be seen when the skin is pinched.
Grade 3 - Cellulite is visible when standing, but may disappear when lying down.
Grade 4 - Visible cellulite when standing and lying down
Although you can't get rid of cellulite completely, decreasing your overall percentage of body fat and will certainly notice a difference in your skin's appearance.

Perhaps the most annoying aspect of being a fitness professional is having to inform people over and over that spot reduction is a myth.
You can’t make your body lose fat from one specific area just by doing exercises for that area. Fat can only be lost from the body as a whole in an order that is predetermined by your genetics.
So then how do you lose that fat from the specific spot you want to lose it from?
Simple. You create a caloric deficit through either a proper diet, exercise, or a combination of both. The only thing you need to do for fat loss to take place is consume less calories than you burn. This creates a deficit of calories, and that causes your body to burn your own stored body fat for energy instead.
This is the ONLY thing that will ever allow you to lose fat from the entire body as a whole, and this is the ONLY way the human body is actually capable of losing fat.
